**Description of Team / Department** Legal team servicing Hanson Plc/ corporate legacy matters, corporate finance projects (Project Pegasus) and full Legal / Co Sec department

**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role** Legal Executive Assistant to Head of Legal (Director).

Everyday support to the legal director - meetings, documents, agendas, financing projects and international cases, with additional support to Co Sec / Project Pegasus and also to corporate compliance as needed.

**Skills / Experience** Legal Executive Assistant; or Legal Executive; of PPA (Paralegal PA).

Must have experience in legal depts. / solicitors firms as legal exec / LEA / paralegal and be willing to be adaptable and work in law environment.
