**Talent Acquisition Specialist**

Leading global firm, based in central London, require a Recruitment Specialist, to work within their award winning recruitment team to manage the marketing and attraction, selection and assessment and the offer process within their UK & Ireland**MBAand experience hire.** The role is permanent and offers the ability to work across a variety of business areas:
**Recruiter Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute to the development of the recruiting strategy by owning projects/ work streams and taking ownership of the experienced hire stream and European MBA recruitment
- Contribute to broader recruiting team by participating in strategy setting, resolution and team problem solving.
- Create and drive the online and off-line recruiting events strategy for Experienced Hires/MBA for the London office
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with CSP in the London office to support Experienced Hire/MBA recruiting
- Work on a variety of interesting recruitment projects
- Liaise with the wider Human Resources division with relation to recruiting and new joiners
- Serve as a point of contact with the off-site Recruiting Administration Team. You will have a team of administration support.

**Recruiter Skills and Qualifications**
- Essential: Previous Recruitment experience gained either in house or agency recruitment
- Degree educated
- A strong communicator who enjoys working within a collaborative working environment
