**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Drive clients to appointments, social activities, or errands as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate records of care plans and client progress.
- Support clients in following their care plans as outlined by healthcare professionals.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment within the home, reporting any concerns or changes in the client's condition.
- Utilise IT skills to manage schedules and communicate updates effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and families.
- A valid driving licence is required to transport clients as needed.
- Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is advantageous.
- A compassionate nature and a commitment to providing high-quality care are essential qualities for this role.
- Ability to work independently while also being part of a team when required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £11.80-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 45 per week
