**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide safe and comfortable transport for patients to and from healthcare facilities.
- Conduct basic physical examinations to assess patient conditions prior to transport.
- Administer basic life support as required and assist with medication administration under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and aseptic environment within the ambulance.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals regarding patient needs and care.
- Document patient information accurately, including any changes in condition during transit.
- Assist in triaging patients as necessary to determine the level of care required during transport.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology is essential.
- Experience in patient care settings, preferably within a hospital or similar environment.
- Familiarity with basic life support techniques and medication administration protocols.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare staff.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour.
- A valid driving licence may be required depending on the specific role responsibilities.

Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
