Bournemouth, United Kingdom Bright Blue Day Full time

**Want to join us?**:
We build our integrated skills, services and teams around our clients’ requirements. Constantly pushing ourselves to be better tomorrow than we were today. Think you might be a good addition to the team?

**Bournemouth Based Dreamers**:
It’s not just about being surrounded by a bunch of clever, funny, crisp-eating, good looking people. Being a bbd’er also comes with everything you’d expect - and hopefully a little more.

Want to be part of an awesome team comprising of thinkers, doers, problem solvers and creators? We don’t care how you got here, we just want to know if you are ready for the next step.

**Curious about how websites work? Join us and help bring global brands content to life - one web page at a time.**

We’re looking for a **Content Editor** to support our production and development teams across a wide range of responsibilities including, website updates, content management tasks, and campaign rollouts. This is an entry-level role; perfect for someone starting out or looking to grow their skills in digital content.

Your job? To help us build and update pages quickly and accurately, ensuring every link works, every paragraph is in place, and every component looks clean and polished. You’ll work closely with our developers, creatives, and project managers, learning how to use content management systems such as, how HTML works, and how to spot (and fix) the little things others miss. And you’ll also help us manage and communicate with clients on smaller direct projects and complete the admin of project management end to end.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Uploading and formatting content into CMS platforms
- Testing pages to check everything looks and works as it should
- Helping roll out landing pages and web updates
- Supporting developers by prepping or inserting content
- Cross-checking content edits and implementing client feedback
- Reviewing page layouts and spotting any missing elements
- Updating clients and project managing smaller tasks
- Completing and supporting on end to end project management such as invoicing

**What we’re looking for**:

- Basic understanding of websites, blogs, or content platforms (experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus, but not essential)
- A fast learner with a techy streak - you don’t need to know it all yet
- Detail orientated - you spot the small stuff and love keeping things tidy
- A self-starter who works well at pace and looks for ways to help
- Some familiarity with image formats and sizing for web is a bonus (but we’re happy to teach you)
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to try new things
- Genuine interest in how websites and digital marketing works

**The serious stuff**:

- Office based in Bournemouth
- Immediate start
- Salary: £24.5 - 26.5k depending on experience

**What you’ll get in return**:

- Full training on all tools and platforms we use
- Real hands-on experience supporting global brands
- A supportive team and ambitious agency culture
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 after one year)
- Paid training time and budget for professional growth
- Enhanced compassionate, maternity and paternity leave
- Onsite paid parking
- Creative, social and team events throughout the year

This is your chance to build a long-term career in b2b digital marketing - with a team that believes in doing great work, supporting each other, and moving fast without the fluff.

**Sound like your kind of thing? Let’s talk.
