As a registered charity with decades of experience, we support individuals with Mental Health conditions, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity, Youth and Adult Homelessness, and Older People services.

**About the Role**
- As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care and support tailored to the needs and aspirations of the individuals we support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide practical and emotional support that positively impacts health and wellbeing
- Assist in developing and implementing support plans
- Deliver support with daily living, personal care, tenancy needs, and medication
- Promote inclusion, personal development, and independence

**Essential Attributes**:

- Willingness to work towards SSSC registration and qualifications

- This role involves **shift work**, including **evenings, weekends**, and **sleepovers***:
- **PVG Scheme membership** and **SSSC registration** (or willingness to register) are mandatory
