Support ranges from 16 hours a week to 24 hour support – due to the nature of support we provide shift patterns are variable to meet the needs of the individual. We support a wide range of ages from 18 – 70+. Support varies based on the individuals needs and wishes – this could be personal care, medication and finances, meal preparation, support to appointments, household tasks or accessing the community.Our supported people enjoy a wide variety of activities such as going out for lunch, bowling, trampolining, swimming, darts, football, snooker, spending time with their families and going on holidays. An increasing number of our supported people have mobility cars which widens opportunity for activities in the community.
