We are currently on the lookout for a passionate Sales Representative to assist customers in finding their perfect furniture pieces at Opa Living. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and guiding customers through the purchase process to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**: Welcome and assist customers with a warm and helpful demeanor, understanding their needs to suggest suitable furniture options.

**Product Expertise**: Develop a deep understanding of Opa Living's furniture ranges, including materials, styles, and unique features, to effectively assist customers.

**Sales Support**: Guide customers through the sales journey, from product selection and customization (if applicable) to payment and delivery options.

**Information Provision**: Answer customer queries about product specifications, pricing, warranties, and delivery timelines.

**Closing Deals**: Skillfully handle objections and create a positive buying experience, ensuring successful sales closures.

**Customer Care**: Address customer concerns and issues professionally, striving for prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.

**Visual Presentation**: Contribute to maintaining an inviting and organized store layout to showcase furniture effectively.

**Sales Targets**: Work towards meeting or surpassing sales targets and goals set by Opa Living.

**Upselling and Cross-selling**: Recommend additional products and accessories to enhance each customer's purchase.

**Stay Informed**: Stay updated on current furniture trends, industry news, and competitors' offerings to provide customers with the latest information.

**Social Media **:Taking part in Instagram/tiktok/Facebook live streams, posting and creating visually appealing content, replying to customer enquiries etc.

**Qualifications**:

- **Sales Experience**: Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in furniture or retail.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to delivering excellent customer service.
- **Product Knowledge**: Familiarity with furniture materials, styles, and design principles is advantageous.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- **Physical Capability**: Ability to move and arrange furniture as needed.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
