**Role Overview**

As the Head of Digital, you will play a pivotal role in driving our entire digital strategy and ensuring seamless technology adoption. Due to our company size, we seek an experienced, dynamic individual who can lead our digital efforts effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Content Creation**:

- Oversee copywriting, graphic design, photography, and videography efforts.
- Ensure high-quality content creation that aligns with our brand and messaging.

2. **Social Media Management**:

- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms.
- Engage with our audience, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.

4. **Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising**:

- Optimize Google Search and LinkedIn PPC campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

5. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**:

- Implement both internal and external SEO strategies.
- Improve our website’s visibility and organic search rankings.

6. **Web Development**:

- Lead website design and ongoing management.
- Collaborate with developers to enhance user experience and functionality.

7. **Budgeting and Tracking**:

- Allocate resources effectively within the digital department.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report on key insights.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the construction or specialist contracting industry.
- Experience in graphic design, photography, or videography.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Passion for technology.
