We are the only company to offer an extensive range of specialist products, equipment and support services across both the dental & beauty markets in the UK and ROI.

Our teams are based at our central office in Witham Essex, Blackpool, Crumlin Ireland, and Stirling Scotland.

We are currently looking for our next **Equipment Supervisor** to join our team at our Eastways site in Witham

**About the role**:
As warehouse supervisor you’ll make sure every customer order is carefully and accurately prepared and dispatched, and that all projects are run smoothly and help support our growing equipment team. You will join ranks with the DD equipment team in Sterling to further help make improvements to the equipment process.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Processing orders.
- Organising the despatch and delivery of goods.
- Ensuring goods are stored safely.
- Keeping staff fully trained.
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards and a clean working environment.
- Keeping accurate records.
- Managing staff attendance and annual leave.
- Key Holder & ensuring the unit is securely locked.
- Meet SLA’s and daily dispatch cut off time for orders.
- Communication between multiple sites.
- Review and reducing stock levels held in Quarantine.
- Leasing with maintenance to ensure unit is maintained.
- Creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prioritising daily workload for warehouse staff.

**Skills Required**:

- Competent Microsoft Office skills.
- Clean Driving Licence.
- Competent PC Skills.
- Driver’s & Forklift licence (Training will be required for reach truck)
- Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making.
- Great at multitasking.
- A stickler for health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of stock control and AWS.
- Good communicator.

**Experience Required**:

- Knowledge of CRM (preferred)
- Knowledge of Sales Order Processing system (preferred)
- Knowledge of picking scanners.

**Qualifications Required**:

- 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
