The home, although purpose-built, has been made very homely, and has a selection of garden areas, in line with Jasmine's values and ethos. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care to 49 residents. **Competencies for Care Home Administrator**: - Ability to follow and embed processes - Excellent communication skills, written and verbal - IT Literate - Flexible approach to tasks and teamwork - Goal orientated to achieve SMART objectives - Self-motivated - Organisation and Administration skills **Day to Day Responsibilities for Care Home Administrator**: - Onboarding & Induction_ - Coordinate and deliver engaging induction experiences tailored to each role and service. - Ensure compliance, training, and documentation requirements are completed efficiently. - Act as the main point of contact for new starters throughout their first 90 days - Culture & Engagement_ - Be a visible and approachable presence within homes and the Support Hub to build relationships with team members. - Promote and embed organisational values into everyday practice. - Gather and act on feedback from new starters to improve the onboarding journey - Absence Management_ - Assist manager with absence management processes, including return-to-work conversations and tracking absence data. - Provide supportive check-ins with team members where appropriate, helping to balance wellbeing with attendance expectations. - Escalate concerns where patterns or risks are identified. - Retention & Development_ - Carry out regular check-ins with team members during their first year to support engagement and performance. - Highlight early signs of disengagement and work with managers to resolve issues. - Support the delivery of people initiatives to improve retention and wellbeing. - One to Ones_ - Ensure one to one are held regularly, clearly documented and retained - People/Administrative Support_ - Provide adhoc administrative support to the homes as required **Essential Requirements for Care Home Administrator**: - 2 years' experience in an administrative role - Confident in supporting sensitive conversations, including absence and wellbeing - Live within 20 minutes of the care home **Preferred Requirements for Care Home Administrator**: - 2 years' administration experience in any kind of care home - Some experience of HR processes including inductions, onboarding and absence management **A little about Jasmine**: - By _prioritising_ _**_our people_**_, our mission is to provide the _**_highest standards of care_**_ to _**_as many elderly residents as possible_**.** Below are a few of the ways that we objectively demonstrate we are achieving our Mission: - Well over half our team have a relevant Diploma qualification with another fifth currently studying for one - We have a 4.8 star rating (out of 5.0) on Indeed as a top employer - We have Good and Outstanding Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection reports **Join us for a rewarding career where yo
