Reports to: Senior Implementation Executive

**Job Summary**:
Were looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused **Implementation Executive** to join our Implementation team. This role is key to ensuring new clients are successfully onboarded and integrated into our systems. Reporting to the Senior Implementation Executive, youll work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver smooth, efficient, and high-quality implementations that set the foundation for long-term success. The role is 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm on a hybrid basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the mobilisation of new client contracts, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding.
- Work directly with clients to gather requirements and guide them through the implementation process.
- Configure and set up systems in line with client needs and business standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure readiness and alignment for new client onboarding.
- Monitor implementation progress, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.
- Provide feedback and insights to the Senior Implementation Executive to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all onboarding activities are completed to a high standard.

- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, confident in client-facing interactions.
- Experience working with systems, data, or technology platforms is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects.
- Passionate about delivering great client experiences and contributing to team success.
