REFERENCE:10455 /37H We are working with the global placement agent who has a strong track record for middle-market private equity fundraising and advisory. They have also recently signed a joint venture with one of the world's largest fund administrators.They are now growing their London office and are looking to hire someone to help manage client relationships and ongoing fundraising processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing the development of the investor marketing case for each fundraise Managing the preparationof all marketing and fundraising materials including Private Placement Memorandum and Due Diligence Pack, working closely with the client Managing project management processes during the fundraise Managing the information flow between client, potential investorsand internally during the due diligence process Supporting senior executives in researching potential investors and developing relationships with investors Assisting in fundraising and investor relations activities Dealing with all investor-specific data requestsand investor related communications Developing a strong network across industry participants YOUR PROFILE: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work on multiple projects at once, working to tight deadlines Had previous exposureto private markets, ideally in a placement agent
