We are currently seeking local **behavioural mentors/ Learning support assistants/ Learning Coaches**to work with schools based in the **Grays area.**The schools we work with are all great schools with continuous help and support. The right individual will have an enthusiastic approach to supporting young minds.

You will be working 121 with pupils, helping and supporting them with their reading, writing and behaviour management. Being able to work within a team is essential as you will be working closely with the classroom teachers and other support staff.

If you are resilient, motivated and passionate about working with children or have a working background within healthcare, support work, sports or education, then this role would be ideal for you

**_Key responsibilities: _**
- Proactively support SEN students with activities to enhance numeracy and literacy.
- 121 support + Intervention work
- Must have SEN experience.
- Working closely with teachers and other LSA’s
- Promoting positive behaviour, raising self-esteem and promoting an aspirational culture
- Building a rapport and relationship with pupils and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
