An Animal feed and bedding wholesaler in Brentwood is looking for a confident, dynamic Administration Coordinator to assist in the day to day running of a busy sales office. Duties include but are not exhaustive of: Raising sales orders on Sage 200 - generating pick notes for the warehouse and processing order through to invoicing. Preparing the drivers paperwork trays for the following morning. Taking card payments over the phone and cash payments in the office. Processing vouchers sent in by customers, crediting their accounts and sending to suppliers for redemption. Storage containers - keeping the log up to date, processing new lettings. Weekly cash and cheque reconciliation. Plus ad hoc admin work Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:30 > flexibility required on busier days Free on-site parking **Salary**: £24,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Employee discount Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Brentwood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: One location Reference ID: LP/ADMIN
