Neighbourhood Officer

We have an opportunity for a Neighbourhood Officer to join us on a full time, permanent basis to work as part of a customer focused, collaborative team responsible for the management of the Saffron’s estates. **Key responsibilities include**: Investigating breaches of tenancy Ensuring that anti-social behaviour is addressed by working in collaboration with external partners Regularly monitoring the Trust’s estates to ensure areas are safe, clean and well maintained Provide a high level tenancy management, including ensuring tenancy conditions are complied with. To attend court to represent the Trust and provide witness statements as required Undertake accompanied viewings, tenancy "sign ups" to properties (including required follow up visits) and ‘end of tenancy’ liaison. Please see the full list of responsibilities on the Role Profile attached. Experience of working within Housing or a similar customer focused organisation. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and data protection of business information. Possess excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with various audiences both in writing and verbally. Excellent time management skills, including an ability to prioritise workload and meet targets. Able to work as part of a team and also able to work independently without the need of close supervision. Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when recording information
