**Summary**
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Purchase Ledger Assistant who has previous experience working within an accounting clerical role with good numerical skills and intermediate level in Excel.
Working as a Purchase Ledger Assistant you will support the Finance Co-ordinator with daily routine processing tasks and other such duties to support the finance function and wider business.
**Responsibilities**
You will have responsibility for the following:
- Ensuring supplier invoices match Feritech purchase orders
- Processing of all supplier invoices into Xero
- Ensuing all invoices are received against supplier statements
- Adding credit card receipts and expenses to Xero
- Assist procurement on purchase orders.
- Chasing any credit card receipts/invoices not received against purchases
- Other ad hoc duties as and when required
**Essential Prerequisites**
- Experience using Xero Accounting software together with Float cashflow
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Adaptive, able to use own initiative and ability to work independently
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
