**The Vacancy**

**What is the role***

As one of the key drivers of the creative, this role, reporting into the Creative Studio Manager is fundamental in ensuring our models look their best, in our online imagery. Leading the H&M team below to fully embody the brand identity, continually improve their skill and eye for detail
- keeping up to date on current trends, influencer style, competitor reviews, while ensuring diversity and authenticity across the board.

Strategic planning and continual review of your team process is a must in this fast-paced environment. Working closely with the other department leads to not only QC the work produced in the department but bring innovation to our output. This role is hands on and will involve delivering H&M on the models, training the team below, alongside creative concept planning and focus shoots.

**What you will do**
- Shape, and develop the studio’s Hair and Make Up creative vision across all brands and roll out across with in the H&M team
- Strategic planning for the future and growth of the H&M Team
- Responsible the H&M team KPIs
- Oversee the budgeting for all H&M spend
- Oversee all studio sets to ensure H&M is looking authentic to brand and executed well
- Be the first point of contact for all H&M queries
- Maintain a close working relationship with Studio Leads
- Regularly instigate H&M competitor reviews and refresh trend boards and report on findings to Creative Studio Manager
- Work closely with the team below to ensure we are always using the most appropriate tools and products
- Keep diversity and authenticity at the forefront of the team
- include new training where needed to certify the team can work on all skin and hair types.
- Recruiting with the H&M team when required
- Encourage the H&M teams to push creative boundaries to deliver best in class imagery
- Support the below team in their personal development within the business

**What you will bring**
- Highly motivated with a desire to deliver
- Skilled in both Hair and Make up
- Be agile in problem solving with a can do approach - solutions driven
- Proven leadership skills of a small team, that is authentic and supports the voice of the company
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to manage time effectively and prioritise
- Ability to recognise behaviours in order to support in resolving conflicts, manage stress and improve working relationships amongst the team
- Be flexible at working in various areas of the department
- A good communicator - on all levels
- Strong creative eye/vison
- Previous experience working in a busy ecomm studio or similar fashion environment
