**Job Summary**

We are a busy salon in the heart of Whittlesey, with a great hardworking friendly professional team.

We are always up skilling and training in salon and out of salon education.

**Duties**
- Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, colouring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer expert advice on styles and products.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Mentor junior stylists and trainees, sharing knowledge and techniques to foster their professional growth.
- Support salon management in achieving operational goals through teamwork and collaboration.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Proficiency in hairstyling techniques, including barbering skills as a valuable asset.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Organised approach to work with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Previous experience in salon management or mentoring roles is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £23,800.00-£27,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
