As an experienced Customer Service Representative, it is essential for you to have excellent communication skills, IT skills and work well under pressure, along with flexibility and a willingness to adapt your shifts to suit Contact Centre traffic.

Due to promotions within in the company, We currently have the following posts available:
11am to 9.30pm, 4 on 4 off

Training & Support

In order to use the relevant systems and work as a Customer Service Advisor for Saltire, you’ll need to undertake our extensive training programme. This includes a company overview of all departments, system training & then on the job training.
