Collateral Projects Manager Vp

The Collateral Projects Manager is a key member of the in-business credit risk function responsible for the collateral that underpins the bank's lending and trading activities. Working closely with credit risk program managers, collateral risk expertsand other teams engaged in business transformation, the Collateral Business Analyst leads or supports tactical and strategic projects involving collateral and supporting Citi's engagement with regulatory programs on all collateral-related topics. This is a new role in a rapidly growing area of the bank and provides an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, innovative and results-oriented individual to take the next step on their career path and to play a key role in the development of a new departmentwithin the bank. **The Team**: In line with its focus on risk and controls, Citi has created a new first line risk function, Institutional Credit Management (ICM). ICM's principal focus is credit risk: it has been established with the objective of providing integrated "end-to-end" creditunderwriting, and the management of associated risks for wholesale credit businesses across the enterprise. Within ICM, the Collateral Risk Management group focuses on the monitoring and management of risks relating to collateral posted and received in connection with Citi's trading and banking book activities. The Collateral Risk Management group consists of regionalCollateral Risk teams and a Collateral Analytics, Policy and Transformation team, of which this role forms a key part. **The Mission**: The Collateral Analytics, Policy and Transformation team is tasked with delivering global initiatives relating to collateral risk management and with providing tactical solutions to support the regional Collateral Risk teams. The Collateral Projects Manager will take the lead on specific collateral projects and provide specialist support on other projects, under the direction of the Collateral Risk Transformation Manager. The Collateral Projects Manager will build effective relationships with program managers of transformation programs that impact collateral and will work closely with the regional Collateral Risk Managers to define and lead initiatives in their respective regions,in partnership with the Collateral Policy Application Manager and Collateral Head of Analytics.
