Hays are currently recruiting for a Collateral Analyst to join an OTC, Prime Brokerage and REPO team in London.
You will join a team who are responsible for managing all exposures resulting from OTC, Repo and Securities lending trading
Responsibilities will include;
- Running daily margin process and releasing margin reporting.
- Analysing changes in client equity and margin requirements.
- Issuing margin calls directly to clients and responding to client queries.
- Authorisation of release of equity from client accounts (both cash and free of payment stock).
- Liaising with other internal departments including Onboarding, Risk, Client Service and Account Management.
- Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiative
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following experience;
Direct experience in Collateral Management
OTC derivative products knowledge, Securities lending or REPO
An appreciation of risk and audit would be good
