**Social Media & Content Strategist - Communications**

Calling all Social Media Strategists looking to join an award winning communication company, we have an amazing role for you
You’ll need a proven record of managing and developing organic and paid campaigns across a wide range of different platforms, from Instagram to LinkedIn and TikTok among others.What’s key for this role is the ability to switch from the analytical side ofmarketing to the creative side of marketing, along with great communication skills, to be able to work alongside Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Media, Social, and Digital teams to deliver the best results for our client.The role is busy and good organisationalskills are vital.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Own the development and implementation of successful content and channel strategies across various social platforms
- Deliver campaigns across various paid social channels, ensuring the growth of our clients’ accounts and the delivery of strong ROI
- Manage budgets, forecast, and monitor campaigns to deliver on agreed targets
- Audit clients’ social accounts as well as their competitors to formulate effective social strategies and recommendations
- Day to day management of organic and paid social
- Monitor clients’ social channels and respond to questions and comments from their online community
- Educate internal teams and clients on best practices, platform updates and new products, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the social media space

**What you need for the role**:

- A degree in Marketing or Advertising is desirable not essential
- Experience building successful social media and content strategies for Facebook,
- Instagram, Twitter, Linkedln, Snapchat and TikTok across both organic and paid
- Experience planning content for Glassdoor, YouTube and Indeed
- Experience working and managing considerable advertising budgets (up to £600k), making
- decisions to support short and long-term client objectives
- Experience with delivering social media audits, competitor analysis, and playbooks
- Ability to be client-facing and versatile, managing multiple clients and live campaigns at
- once
- Ability to understand client requirements and create proposals to meet their objectives
- Ability to develop effective content and channel strategies to grow our clients’ social media
- presence
- Experience in producing new business proposals and pitching for new client work
- Experience in copywriting and content calendars production, as well as community
- management
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Sprinklr, Falcon,
- Hootsuite, and Percolate
- Being up to date with the latest social platforms news and updates and be passionate about innovation to stay ahead of competitors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
