Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server, 2 days a week minimum to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests while crafting a variety of drinks and cocktails. Your expertise in bartending, coupled with your passion for hospitality, will ensure that every patron enjoys a memorable experience. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Manage inventory by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Handle card transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to basic maths skills for tabulation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Deliver exceptional floor service and make sure every guest feels special

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bartender/Server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic maths skills for managing tabs and processing payments accurately.
- A friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for bartending and creating unique drink experiences for patrons.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
