We’re looking for a full time Restaurant Supervisor to join our Front of House team at The Silly Goose, a new fine dining restaurant based in The Lime Tree in Fort William.

We offer a breakfast service from 7am to 10:30am as well as the evening service from 6pm to 9pm. Split shifts will be a possibility but won’t be every day.
What we can offer you is an excellent rate of pay, a share of incredibly generous tips paid monthly into your wages, legitimate sommelier training from one of the countries most exclusive wine suppliers, management training within a fine dining restaurant, among other things.
As well as this you’ll be given the opportunity to run the restaurant yourself on a regular basis during the Front of House manager’s days offs, absences and holidays.
