**Restaurant Supervisor Live-In working hours**:
As a** Restaurant Supervisor** **Live-In **you will work**
- HOURS* hours per week, **including weekends & split shifts. With an hourly rate of** £12.25 - Regardless of age**

**Being a Restaurant Supervisor Live-In**:
The Restaurant Supervisor Live-In is responsible for managing the restaurant and occasionally the bar areas of the Hotel; the focus of the role is ensuring that hotel guests are served their meals effectively and efficiently, by trained and well-turned out staff, following company guidelines.

Your main task will be to supervise the restaurant team ensuring tables are presented to a high standard and customer expectations are met during service. You will look after the rotas to meet the department’s budgets and work collaboratively with the kitchen.
