We're looking for a QA Analyst to join our corporate sales team at a crucial time as we strengthen our governance, controls and oversight. In this brand-new role, you'll be instrumental in supporting the development of a quality framework, shaping processes, designing scorecards, and helping embed a consistent, compliant, and customer focused standards.

**Your Role and Impact**

Our QA team plays a vital role in ensuring we meet FCA regulatory standards and consistently deliver fair, transparent outcomes in line with Consumer Duty.

As our new QA Analyst for Corporate Sales, you'll take ownership of quality monitoring in this area - working closely with sales leaders, operations, and the wider QA function to establish best practices, identify risk, and raise the bar on performance.

You'll be part of something new: setting standards, driving learning opportunities, and influencing how quality is understood and measured in a fast-paced, commercial environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Develop and deliver QA scorecards to evaluate sales conversations, processes, and documentation.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Analyse trends and identify learning opportunities to support our L&D programme.
- Monitor remediation activity and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Produce insight-driven MI for senior leaders and governance forums.

**What You'll Bring**
- Experience in quality assurance, operational risk, or compliance - ideally in a regulated, customer-centric environment.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to challenge, coach, and influence others.
- A curious, analytical mindset with a proactive approach to improving processes.
- Understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty (desirable but not essential - training provided).
