**We’re looking for a Senior Care Assistant with**

The passion to put the heart into care and make a difference to the quality of life for the residents you care for. We are looking for you to be reliable, committed and a good team-player with a passion for caring for elderly residents. You will be required to have;
- **4-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years**:

- **Moving and handling**:

- **Personal care experience**:

- **The right to work in the UK**:

- **Medication administration training**

Some of your expected duties as a Senior Care Assistant will be;
- **Assisting residents with personal care**:

- **Helping residents to dress**:

- **Infection control**:

- **Assisting with meal times**:

- **Getting involved with and helping with activities**:

- **Washing**:

- **Maintain regular communication with the Home Manager;**:

- **Medication administration;**:

- **Assisting with activities of daily living and domestic duties;**:

- **Creating and maintaining suitable records;**:

- **Act as Senior Health Care Assistant which will include staff supervisions;**:

- **Communicate effectively;**:

- **Ensure health, safety and welfare of clients;**:

- **Be responsible for administrating medication to the residents in accordance with policies and procedures;**:

- **Be responsible for making and reporting realistic assessments of each resident to ensure continuity of care;**:

- **Take an active professional role in promoting the services offered when dealing with relatives, prospective residents and enquiries;**:

- **Administering medication;**:

- **Participate in updating and writing care plans and resident documentation;**:

- **Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals;**:

- **Contributing to care planning and coaching care assistants.**
