Dunedin Complex Care is nurse owned and led. All care provided is designed by the client to ensure a truly bespoke approach. As nurses we take great care in supporting our teams to deliver the best they can - giving the support and confidence needed.

We are currently seeking experienced female care assistants to support a gentleman in the Marldon area of Devon. We are looking for people who really do care and want to feel proud about the work they do each and every day. Our client is ventilated and requires a team around him who are caring and skilled (or keen to learn).

All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have. Complex Care experience is very beneficial especially experience with tracheostomy care/ventilation. We are also supporting many of our care team with their professional qualifications from level 2 to level 5 and ANP.

We are looking for part time Complex Care Assistants to work nights - 8pm until 8am. Dunedin Complex Care also wishes to ensure the team have a healthy work/life balance - therefore rotas are prepared at least 6 weeks in advance - rolling where possible - and we would never ask you to work more than 2 weekends in a month (unless you wanted to).

Our leading employment package includes:

- Excellent rates of pay FROM £14.00 per hour
- £15.00 per hour nights and Saturday.
- £16 per hour Sundays and £19.00 per hour Bank Holidays.

Part-time hours: 24-48 per week

**Salary**: £14.00-£19.00 per hour
