**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a crucial part of our establishment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. Your role will involve various responsibilities that contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant and hospitality services.Please note weekend availability is key as is being able to work during the summer. We are able to offer 2-3 shifts a week.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements, ensuring optimal guest flow and comfort.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist in food preparation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of menu items, food safety practices, and hospitality skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated during busy shifts.
- Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.50-£12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
