**Education Recruitment Consultant - Northampton**

**Salary**: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission
**Location**: Northampton (Hybrid - 2-3 days office, 2 days remote/client visits)
**Hours**: Mon-Fri, 7:00am-4:30pm (Reduced hours in school holidays)
**Annual Leave**: 26 days + uncapped paid leave after 2 years
**Contract Type**: Full Time, Permanent

You'll be walking into a **hot desk**, meaning you can hit the ground running with established relationships and immediate opportunities.
