Brook Street are currently recruiting for a temporary Contracts Officer to work for a government client working Hybrid with 1 day in the office. The postholder is required to be well-organised and work independently, including managing and prioritising their day-to-day activities. Hybrid Working role-Office based in Bristol This is a temporary Role 4 months but can be longer if needed The role is full time hours, 37.5 hours a week, 5 days per week between 08:30 and 16:30 Pay rate is £13.12 per hour-Paid weekly Main Duties: " Provision of administrative support for the implementation of the new NHS Education Contract with GP Practices, care homes and other placement providers across the southwest region (approx. 600 contracts) " Add signed contracts to the HEE contract management database " Maintain the regional master file of contracts, undertaking reporting and analysis of progress " Attend national contract meetings to represent the southwest region " Data input and maintenance of records, " Managing queries in shared mailboxes Skills and experience required " Ability to use own initiative to resolve issues " Good at time management and organisational skills " Excellent Word and Excel skills " Efficient in working in a well organised and competent way " Great customer service and interpersonal skills A DBS is required which is paid via Brookstreet. All necessary IT equipment required for the role will be provided
