In a dynamic production environment, you’ll be responsible for all technical activities at one of our largest facilities. You’ll:

- Manage a small team and ensure resources are allocated to meet key milestones and are aligned with business priorities
- Lead and coordinate validation across the site
- Support the Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities providing technical support as required, working with the Regional Supply Heads to support global manufacturing and engineering strategies
- Continuously review manufacturing processes on the Nottingham or Hull site and at contract manufacturers to determine the most cost effective supply strategy
- Manage projects within budgets and deadlines to ensure implementation of supply/technical strategy
