Our client **Samsung Electronics UK** is recruiting an **Associate, Procurement Planning - Supply Chain Coordinator** to join their business in the UK.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**

**_Main Objectives:_**
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Procurement activities (delivery/quality/price, etc.)
- Reviewing supplier’s quotation and making Sales Offer for the internal customers
- Maintaining and updating of purchasing data on the system with accuracy
- Maintaining and developing robust relationships with external suppliers/forwarders, ensuring that they are meeting our requirements in all aspects
- Maintaining and updating of invoice/billing data on the Global ERP system with accuracy

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Preparing and issuing request for quotation(RFQ) and purchase orders to suppliers in accordance with departmental and company operating procedures & policy
- Reviewing supplier’s quotation and making Sales Offer for the internal customers
- Maintaining and updating of purchasing data on the system with accuracy
- Maintaining and developing robust relationships with external suppliers/forwarders, ensuring that they are meeting our requirements in all aspects
- Maintaining and updating of invoice/billing data on the Global ERP system with accuracy

- Full training will be given
- High accuracy and attention to details
- Able to work as a team in a cross functional working environment
- Hard working and tenacious
- Ability to multi task and effectively manage time and workload under pressure

**_Experience required_**
- A Graduate calibre
- A High level of computer literacy is preferred
- Familiarity with MS word, Excel and Outlook is preferred
- Advanced level of **_Korean language preferred_**

**SALARY & BENEFITS**

- **Recruitment**: Full-Time
- **Working hours**: 7.5 hours/5 day
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday
