Spares Fulfilment Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for a Spares Fulfilment Coordinator / Buyer to work for a leading manufacturing business based in Chertsey on fulltime permanent basis.
Job Title - Spares Fulfilment Coordinator / Buyer
Location - Chertsey, Surrey
Type - Permanent full-time contract
**Responsibilities**:
- Delivering commercial quotations / bid / tender response with respect to spare parts supply
- Ensuring all spare parts sales are quoted in accordance with contractual requirements and/or annually agreed margin.
- Raising part demands (for processing by the company Purchasing Team or the Spares Fulfilment Coordinator in response to the specific demand
- Administering and expediting spare part demands
- Ensuring appropriate parts labelling and arranging dispatch / delivery of spare parts both from SAP and physically
- Swiftly resolving delivery issues and customer spares parts rejection
- Assisting Accounts department with customer payment issues
- Maintaining expert knowledge of the terms of any applicable contract or supply agreement and customer specific pricing
- Providing an excellent service to internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner
- Ensuring all customers' needs and requirements for parts are met and having the foresight to see additional sales opportunities
- Monitoring stock and providing recommendations to the Spares Fulfilment Manager for the range and scale of spares holding of fast-moving items
- Creating and maintaining spares fulfilment process and procedure
- Addressing bulk spares pricing requirements in association with the Spares Fulfilment Manager and Support Services Development Manager
- Monthly reporting to the Spares Fulfilment Manager
Key Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar Supply Chain, Procurement or Spares Fulfilment role
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business will be essential as being a team player
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools
- Experienced in MRP/ERP, ideally SAP but not essential
