Samsung One Training Manager

**The Role**
You will be working for the B2B Development Manager and operating within the MX IMT function, you will have responsibility for management, coordination, execution, and delivery of the overarching B2B training strategy for MX B2B and Samsung One. This will includeconceptual design, copywriting, creating training for product, technical and sales content. This will include working and managing key internal stakeholders across B2B, training content, online and offline programs, you will coordinate and create content leveragingexisting resources and creating new material, demonstrating understanding of the precise requirements for the B2B market. You will be responsible for localising HQ training messaging for the B2B market in line with the overall MX vision and objectives to driveincremental sell-out and product recommendation in the B2B space. You will be responsible for creating content for Samsung One, working with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellence aligning to Samsung's key pillars. This includes writingand managing Newsfeeds, program video content.
Contributing and leading innovative processes for the creation of new ideas, you will be key to launch these initiatives within the B2B space, up-weighting overall support for training for new and existing products. You will be responsible for coordinatingthe overall communication and working within defined work-streams to drive product recommendation, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including key partners in the industry
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and coordination of communication for B2B training, delivering against the objectives and KPI's set by the B2B Development Manage
- Create new training content in-line with the brand guidelines set by SEUK for use across Samsung One and multiple touch points and adhering to the requirements of external stakeholders
- Build and implement content/plans to ensure targets are met on a quarterly basis and continuously monitor progress
- Develop best in class execution of learning through existing touch points, taking advantage of recent trends in learning behaviours
- Endorse and build client relations

**Skill, Experience & Attributes**
- Previous experience in a similar role within a B2B Product environment is desirable
- Experience of coaching and development of others
- Ability to create and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent planning and organisational abilities
