**Marketing Communications Business Partner (Water Division)**

As a **Business Partner** in **the Group Marketing Communications team**, you will be the key point of contact for our Water Division, becoming the go-to person for divisional marketing communications needs.

You will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, operating as the conduit for all marketing communications activity across the Division, ensuring the flow of requirements between the Division and Group Support is well co-ordinated, messaging aligns with the Division business plan and the Group Marketing Communications strategic priorities: Win work, Retain talent and Attract talent. You will measure the impact of delivery, ensuring divisional marketing communications plans are aligned with and underpin M Group Services mission, vision and values and Marketing Communications strategic KPIs.

The role of Marketing Communications Business Partner will provide a valuable link between the central support services and the people, delivery, capabilities and opportunities of the Water Division and ensure the division is able to maximise the benefit it receives from the centralised Group Marketing Communications team.

**As a Marketing Communications Business Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Provide marketing communications counsel to Divisional Senior Leaders
- Develop, own and manage the delivery of a fully-costed Marketing Communications Plan for the division
- Work with the Group marketing communications team to ensure the delivery of internal and external, multi-media, targeted marketing communications for the division
- Report regularly to Senior Leaders on the performance and impact of marketing communications delivery against agreed KPIs
- Take the lead on the delivery of events for the division
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge and understanding of the capabilities and business priorities for the division and its operating businesses
- Support the delivery of timely editing and proof-reading services
- Participate in the Group Incident Management Team and Business Continuity arrangements
- Keep up to date with current affairs, industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and developments. **What you’ll bring**
