Goodman Masson have partnered with an established Insurance business based in Hertfordshire to assist with their search for a Qualified Finance Business Partner to join them on a temp to perm basis.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing business support to all the functions within the Company and provide financial analysis and cost benefit analysis for all projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage the annual timetable for the Strategic and annual budget;
- Work directly with the Actuarial and marketing team to produce an Underwriting financial strategic and annual budget by partner, channel and product;
- Work directly with the cost centre managers of the business to create the annual financial expense budgets;
- Create a balance sheet and cash flow for the strategic and annual budget;
- Work closely with the Executive Team to produce reports and carry out related analysis;
- Create and manage the annual timetable for forecasting;
- Work directly with the Actuarial and marketing team to produce a quarterly Underwriting forecast by partner, channel and product;
- Work directly with the cost centre managers of the business to create a quarterly financial expense forecast.

**Experience/Qualifications Required**:

- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA);
- Good experience of business partnering
- 1-3 years post qualification experience within the Insurance or Financial services industry;
- A solid track record of FPA including budgets and forecasting;
- Experience of working with senior members of the organisation is desirable
- Some experience of producing Board level written reports is desirable
