**Job Description Summary**:
As a blade operator at Dowty Propellers your role will include working as part of a team on shift (rotating or permanent based on business requirements) to deliver an aviation standard product.

The role will be based around manual processes on a shop floor with all work being executed following a production manual.

A key part of being a blade operator is being able to follow work instructions and work flexibly as part of a team working towards business priorities, whilst putting safety first.
