Business Administration Apprenticeship

Working as part of the L&D team and supporting a range of L&D activities by providing efficient, accurate and proactive administrative support.
Duties
To provide a range of administrative support to the team and the wider Society.
- To assist with all pre and post course administration (including sending out joining instructions, printing out course materials, ordering exam papers and issuing course feedback forms as required).
- To respond in a timely manner to enquiries received via the L&D in-box (such as requests for password resets, LMS queries, and other ad hoc enquiries).
- To onboard new colleagues onto the eLearning Platform and assign colleagues to eLearning as required.
- To support face to face courses by setting up the room, equipment and refreshments.
- To update course content as advised by the L&D Officer/ Manager.
- To update training records for colleagues on the LMS system and copy/issue certificates as required.
- To produce regular scheduled and ad hoc reports for the L&D team and senior management, in order to support the effective monitoring of course completion and compliance with statutory requirements.
- To assist the team in uploading modules to the Articulate eLearning system.
- To assist with sourcing material, such as photographs, in support of eLearning modules.
- To provide timely and appropriate communication regarding L&D activity to all colleagues via the intranet, daily bulletin and other appropriate methods.
- To ensure that internal L&D processes are documented and regularly updated.
- To liaise with the L&D Manager in populating and updating the L&D Calendar for the year.
- To assist the L&D Manager with the completion of learning agreements for external courses.
- To order stationery for the department as needed.
- To support with other administrative duties as required.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent) desirable
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade A*-C/9-4 or Level 2 equivalent) desirable
