This new innovative care agency is now looking for experienced, **Healthcare Assistants** that are diverse and able to adapt to new environments within residential homes, nursing homes, support living, private hospitals, and NHS environments in the North Yorkshire areas.

**What will Elite Staffing require from you?**
- The ability to work with empathy, care, and understanding
- The ability to adapt quickly to any care setting
- Good levels of understanding and experience in working within the care sector
- NVQ L2 & L3 are desirable but not essential
- Having a driving license and access to own vehicle is not essential but is highly preferred
- An enhanced DBS check and Right to work will be required.

**Experience**:

- care assistant: 2 years (required)
- supported living: 1 year (preferred)
- working in a care home environment: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (preferred)
- NVQ L2 in Health and Social Care (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Shift availability:

- Day shift (preferred)
- Night shift (preferred)
