Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Care Supervisor, located in North Yorkshire. The Care Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality care, and managing a team of caregivers. Responsibilities include developing personalized care plans, conducting assessments, supervising staff performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role requires collaboration with families to meet client needs, maintaining records, and addressing concerns promptly.   • Experience in care planning, client assessments, and personalized care

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle concerns or emergencies effectively
  • Certifications in healthcare or social care (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or higher in Health and Social Care) are desirable
  • Experience in luxury or high-standard care settings is considered beneficial
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail
