**Role: 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst**
**Location: Surbiton - Onsite**
**Salary: £26,500 to £31,500 + Benefits**
An organisation based in Surbiton are looking the strengthen there Service Desk and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a **1st/2nd Line Service Desk Engineer**. The **1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst**will provide day to day end user support for the users in the office and remote, supporting them on both hardware and software issues.
**Key Skills for the 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst**:
- Active Directory - User Admin
- Office 365 - user support/management
- Windows 10 - troubleshooting and supporting desktops
- Diagnosing and solving Hardware issues
- Experience with Ticketing Systems
- Understanding of ITIL
- Great communication skills
- Ability to interact with both technical and non-technical users and provide end user support
This company are looking for an **1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst** who is has a strong base of knowledge and is looking to join a close and supportive team where they will work with a **variety of technologies** and to get involved with **project work**. There are various ways for you to build on your current skill set with plenty of opportunities for training and progression into **2nd and 3rd Line roles**.
**Desirable Skills for the 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer**:
- SCCM or Intune
- DNS & DHCP
- Endpoint Migration experience
- Experience in Data and Voice Patching
- Mimecast
