**IT Support Technician x2 **

**On-site 5 days per week - Inside IR35 - 4-6 Week Contract**

DBS Clearance (preferred but not essential)

Our Client based in Surbiton, Surrey are looking for 2 IT Support Technicians to join the team on a contract basis. You will be working on the service desk to diagnose and solve technical queries in order to support customer across the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- 1st line technical support
- To ensure all customer tickets are logged into the support desk system
- To gather all relevant information and ensure all necessary data has been provided for troubleshooting
- To investigate and resolve customer queries in a professional and empathetic manner
- To engage with Customers after initial diagnosis and ensure all relevant data has been gathered
- To resolve and close tickets within the terms of the SLA & Support Contracts
- To keep the Customer updated on progress at all times
- Escalation of complex tickets to the appropriate senior member of the team
