**CRO Executive**

To completely redefine the way people straighten their teeth. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly analytical and data-driven CRO Executive to join our team.
As a CRO Executive, you will play a critical role in optimising our website and digital touchpoints to drive higher conversions and improve user experience. You’ll be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, designing and running A/B tests, and using data insights to make strategic recommendations. If you have a knack for analytics and a keen eye for user behaviour, we want you to help take our conversion rates to the next level.
**You’ll be responsible for**
- Analysing website performance data, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for optimization
- Developing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates across various digital channels
- Collaborating with the wider team to implement successful optimisation strategies
- Optimising landing pages, product pages, and other key areas to enhance user experience and increase conversions
- Staying up-to-date with CRO best practices, trends, and tools, sharing knowledge with the wider team
**We’re looking for someone with**
- Proven experience in a CRO role or similar digital optimisation position
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and conversion optimization techniques
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Optimizely, Mouseflow, or similar CRO platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in UX/UI design and understanding of how design impacts user behaviour is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
