**What You’ll Do**

As a **Direct Sales Consultant**, you’ll play a key role in helping customers save money and reduce their carbon footprint. Your responsibilities will include:

- Attending **fully pre-qualified, pre-vetted appointments** (no cold calling)
- Conducting in-home surveys and delivering tailored solar presentations
- Designing custom solar and battery packages to meet individual needs
- Educating customers on the long-term savings and benefits of renewable energy
- Closing deals with confidence and professionalism

**What We’re Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- Minimum **2-3 years of direct sales experience** (preferably in solar, home improvement, or high-ticket items)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- **Eligibility to work in the UK** (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
