**What will you do?**

You will support all the individuals we care for to live happy, healthy, and quality lives through the delivery of exceptional support standards and personalised care. No two days will be the same, you will be involved with the cleanliness of the whole home directly impacting infection control and the health of our residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care possible.

You will need to have a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that people can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful, reliable and the ability to work well with a team.

Any offer will be conditional on receipt of a DBS check (which will be funded by us).

**Who are we?**

**Lady of the Vale Nursing Home **is located in the charming village of Bowden Vale in Altrincham, providing 24-hour nursing care and support for up to 37 residents. **Lady of the Vale** provides the highest standard of person-centred care for residents and respects each person as a unique individual; promoting choice and dignity in everything they do, resident involvement in the running of the home is also sought and encouraged along with that of their loved ones.
