**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for A NPO35 Process Operator to join a leading CDMP in the pharmaceutical industry employing almost 9000 employees worldwide. My Client offers manufacturing services of pharmaceuticals in various dosage forms, production ofclinical trial material, APIs, and pharmaceutical product development. My Client manufactures hundreds of products to customers ranging from Big Pharma to little research and development companies.

My Client's site in Holmes Chapel is one of their inhalation manufacturing facilities.

Using your experience as an NPO35 Process Operator, you will:

- Develop Production Processes associated with the introduction of new Products.
- Operate automated equipment and perform manual activities to produce a pharmaceutical product and clinical supplies to cGMP and HSE standards.
- Support the production schedule's adherence and ensure 100% customer service is achieved.
- Provide support with Event & CAPA investigations.
- Complete cGMP documentation, ensuring documentation right first time to QA.
- Support the development of new Production Processes associated with introducing new Products.
- Support pre-commercial activities (FAT, SAT, Qualification & Validation).
- Establish and develop Standard Operating Procedures and associated cGMP documentation.
- Establish and develop Training packages in readiness for commercialisation.
- Adhere to cGMP standards and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Complete batch documentation to cGMP.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedures to reflect changes to working practices.
- Issue of batch documentation and collation of batch files in readiness for use.
- Ensure control of components and materials in use by cycle counting and other inventory checks by using the business inventory management system.
- Support the Line leader with an initial investigation of any potential non-conformances to establish the nature of the event and any potential batch impact.
- Support fault finding investigations to identify the root cause and identify suitable CAPA to prevent reoccurrence.
- The first point of contact for the operator team in operational issues.
- Escalation of operational issues was required to the Line Leader.
- Ensure prompt attendance by Engineering in the event of a machine breakdown or identification of any inefficiency, using Maximo.
- Support and encourage adherence to safe working practices.
- Support Manufacturing Risk Assessments (MRA)
- Support HSE activities including, Work-Place Inspections (WPI) & HSE audits.
- Movement, checking and accountability of product & components/materials allocated to Dispensing/Manufacturing/Filling/Packing orders.
- Perform end of batch activities production returns to the warehouse.
- Set the standard and support and encourage others to ensure standards are maintained.
- Challenge existing ways of working and recommend improvements and implement improvements using LEAN tools to achieve operational excellence.
- Promote and encourage active participation in continuous improvement activities.
