We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to support our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing inventory
- Leading a team to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Receiving, storing and tracking inventory using Shopify and manage orders
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to maximise productivity and minimise errors
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and performance
- Analyse data and generate reports to measure warehouse performance
- Oversee the Pick, Pack and dispatch of E-commerce Orders, ensuring that all orders are shipped within target times.
- Create and implement KPIs across the team to drive performance and efficiencies
- Stock Management (including responsibility for annual stocktake)

**Requirements**:

- Proven 3 + years experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management
- Familiarity with profit loss analysis and budgeting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Available to work extended hours where needed
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes
