**Warehouse Supervisor - London**

The Warehouse Supervisor will support the Warehouse Manager by building and developing the Warehouse Team and operations.

You will be responsible for planning of workload and resources of your team to ensure that customer delivery targets are met.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Close liaison and support of the Warehouse team
- Maximising efficiency through use of the Warehouse Management System
- Responsible for ensuring that KPI targets are met at minimum cost per unit (CPU)
- Working in accordance with suppliers manuals, specifications and other requirements communicated by the customer
- Providing a visible shop floor presence and leadership to a diverse and variable workforce with a heavy reliance on temporary labour
- Detailed planning of workload for pick-pack and dispatch
- Managing workload priorities to meet customer requirements and carrier collection deadlines
- Ensuring that H&S regulations and good manual handling practice is adhere to create a safe working environment
- Promoting high standards of housekeeping and presentation in the workplace
- Developing and improving processes, both physical and system driven
- Previous supervisory experience
- Good Excel and MS Office skill level and experience
- Self-motivated and target driven with the ability to work independently
- Versatile and deadline conscious, with the ability to plan with short notice
- Able to work accurately and efficiently with a strong quality focus

**Salary**:circa £30,000 - £35,000
